    Camping Facilities

    Address:
    914 Tennessee Blvd.
    Lebanon, TN 37087

The camping sites are located both inside and around the showgrounds, making access to all the events within walking distance from your camper. For those requiring a handicap spot you will be able to park and access your unit on asphalt. The sites vary in length suitable for any size unit up to and including big rigs with trailers. There are both 50 and 30 Amp sites and all sites have access to water. No sewer sites are available but there are 2 dump stations within the facility. The sites are located such that small groups can congregate around a cluster of sites, just let the person know at check-in. There are lots of choices for campsites from which you can choose upon arrival.

Dumping:  We ask that you only dump your holding tanks after the show hours to minimize moving units around during the show.

Electrical: As many as five sites in some areas are serviced by one centralized electrical station therefore, we suggest you bring extra power cable since you may be further than a normal campground from the electrical outlet.

Water: While all sites have access to water you may need extra water hose and possibility a water splitter since several sites are served by a single water connection.

Check-in/check-out: The camping facilities will be available to us beginning about 4 PM on Sunday June 11 and we must vacate the facility by Noon Sunday June 18. Camping check-in/check-out hours at 9 AM to 10 PM daily. Call Bill Gray at (256) 508-0246 if you cannot make these hours due to travel time issues.

Handicap Sites: There are 30-40 sites that will be located completely on asphalt to accommodate those who must have scooter access.

Campfires: Campfires are permitted but must be in a self-contained unit. No campfires will be allowed on the ground per the facility rules.

Bath houses: There are two bath houses with nice showers within the facility.

Admission: Show admission wristbands must be purchased upon arrival at the check-in station at the Tennessee Blvd. entrance.

Golf Cart Registration: Golf carts are required to pay a registration fee of $15 per day or $40 for the entire show and must be paid upon arrival at the check-in station at the Tennessee Blvd. entrance.

Cancellation of Camping Space: In case of cancellation of one or more days of a camping registration, one day’s cost ($40) will not be refunded. A cancellation refund claim must be completed and filed with Classic Green via an email to classicgreenclub@outlook.com on or before June 16th, 2023.

Become a Registered Exhibitor at the Classic Green Reunion 2023!

Although registration is not mandatory, it is highly recommended as it will help the show committee to plan according to the number and type of exhibits that will be present.

In addition, by pre-registering, your exhibitor name badge can be prepared in advance of your arrival.

Please READ all the instructions and information below before you hit the "Register" button in the left margin to begin the registration process.

Set up day is Wednesday, June 14 and move-out day is Sunday, June 18.

Maps of the venue and directions for the exhibitor entrance will be emailed to those who register, and that information will also be posted on the event webpage at a later date.

Anyone, member or non-member of Classic Green, is invited to exhibit any Deere product or Deere-related product (i.e., Lanz, Killefer, Van Brunt, Velie, Root & Vandervoort, etc.) including tractors, implements memorabilia, bicycles, collectibles, etc. Any number of exhibits are acceptable.

Exhibits may be placed indoors, under roof (open sides), or outside. Exhibits in some indoor facilities must be in place by Wednesday, June 14, by 8 PM and cannot be moved or removed until Saturday night after 8 PM due to air conditioning and safety requirements.  Exhibits under roof or outside are encouraged to adhere to that schedule.

Crawlers, steel-wheeled vehicles with lugs or without rubber wheel wraps should be displayed on grassy areas. Exceptions are possible, but exhibitors must provide their own planking and/or protective belting to avoid contact of steel wheels with floors.

Exhibits may be advertised for sale. However, parts may NOT be displayed or advertised for sale without registering and paying as a vendor. We must be fair to our vendors who do pay for the privilege of selling on the grounds.

Each exhibit may receive two free wristbands for admission. Admission fees for others and the general public are $15 per day or $40 for all three days. Children 12 or under are free.

If you bring your own golf cart or gator, proof of liability insurance is required and there will be a $15 fee per day or $40 for all three days.

Camping is available on the grounds and registration and fee payment can be done on our website (www.classicgreen.org).

Pets are permitted but must be on leash at all times. Some exhibit buildings will not permit pets.

Show hours are 9 AM to 8 PM Thursday and Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM on Saturday. There will be a send-off/Father’s Day breakfast on Sunday, June 18 from 7 AM to 9 AM for exhibitors.

BELOW ARE SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

Click the "Register" button on the left margin above to begin the process.

Enter your contact information as the form requests.

Indicate YES or NO regarding attending the “Thank You” breakfast on Sunday, June 18.

Exhibit identification – There are spaces for you to identify up to 10 exhibits.  This is mainly intended for LARGE exhibits such as tractors and/or implements so we can estimate space requirements. If you have more than 10 large exhibits, you may add that additional information at the end of the exhibit identification area of the form.

If you are exhibiting SMALL items, such as memorabilia, literature, consumer products, toys, etc., simply indicate the amount of space you may need in one line of description, such as “Table of literature – 12 sq. ft.”, or “15 toys – 15 sq. ft.”  You don't need to be extremely precise, just give us a rough idea of space required.

After each exhibit identification, select one of the four location types for that exhibit.

Finally, you will be offered a chance to edit your registration before you enter it.

After you have completed and entered your registration it cannot be edited.  If you need to change something, you will have to cancel the entire registration and start over.

Thank you, and we'll see you in June!

    Guest Speaker: Rivers Rutherford
With a name like Rivers Rutherford, it's no surprise this soulful storyteller and recent Nashville Songwriter's Hall of Famer was destined to become one of music's most talented and accomplished singer-songwriters. Having grown up in the shadow of Elvis' Graceland homestead in Memphis, Rutherford came out of the gates swinging at 21 years old, landing his first cut with American legends Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, and Kris Kristofferson (aka The Highwaymen). What followed were a dozen #1 hits, multiple Grammys, CMA and ACM nominations, and over 20 ASCAP awards, including both of the coveted awards for Country Song Of The Year and Songwriter Of The Year, all of which have firmly established Rutherford's position within the upper echelon of Nashville's most lauded songwriters.

You'll see Rivers' name on #1 songs by Tim McGraw, Kenny Chesney, Brad Paisley and Dolly Parton (for the stunning and Grammy-nominated duet "When I Get Where I'm Going"), Rodney Atkins, Montgomery Gentry, Gretchen Wilson, Trace Atkins, and Brooks & Dunn—penning the duo's most successful single ever "Ain't Nothin' ‘Bout You, which spent 6 weeks at #1 and won both Billboard's and ASCAP'S Song Of The Year. Rivers has also enjoyed success with Country giants the likes of Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum, Reba McEntire, George Jones, Toby Keith, Faith Hill, Hank Williams Jr., Gary Allan, and hosts of others.

Known for his gritty southern style, Rutherford is unapologetic about his faith, devotion to his family, and making great music. His decades long career, the countless hits to his credit and his ability to write music that is timeless is a testament to a man that has come to be respected as an artist in his own right.

Currently signed to Verse 2 Music (a Sony Music Publishing joint venture helmed by Kane Brown and Kent Earls), Rivers continues to write with and for the biggest names in country music. He's also returned to his early troubadour roots and maintains a rigorous touring schedule (over 50 dates a year), bringing his rip-roaring brand of no-holds-barred entertainment to audiences all over the world who come to hear his familiar hits straight from the source. With a persona that is at once direct, raw, and impassioned, Rivers possesses the shrewd skills of a storyteller who is capable of cutting right to the heart of the matter—a trait that leaves his talent both unique and timeless.
