CGR23 Show Information

  • The show will be held Thursday, June 15 through Saturday, June 17, at the James E. Ward Agricultural Center in Lebanon, TN. See the separate schedule for show events and times.

  •  

    Admission for spectators is $15 per day, or $40 for the entire event. Children ages 12 and under are free.  Exhibitors will be issued two wristbands free of charge. There is no charge for parking.

     

    Pets are allowed but must always be leashed. Owners are responsible for clean-up after their pets.

     

    Banquet tickets and Trivia Night tickets may be picked up at the Show Office (Location # 1 shown on the map).

     

    No outside food or drink may be brought into the Farm Bureau Building (FB Bldg. rule.)

     

    TRANSPORTATION 

    Golf carts, Gators, Rangers, ATV’s, UTV’s are allowed to be used on the grounds.  (RZR’s are NOT PERMITTED – Fairground rules!) There will be a $15/day or $40/entire event cart permit fee that must be purchased at the show. Proof of liability insurance required. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license. Golf cart rental is available, but reservations must be made in advance – no onsite rentals will be available! If bringing your own cart or renting one, go to this link https://classicgreen.org/golfcarts to see the required Waiver and Release of Liability agreement that must filled out and signed for either rented or personal carts.   

     

    Only single-person mobility devices (electric scooters, wheelchairs, etc.) will be permitted inside buildings. (No fee for such devices)

     

    People movers cruising the grounds are expected to be available.

     

    A few courtesy golf carts operated by Classic Green officials will be available for rides.

     

     

    ARRIVAL/LOCATION INFO 

    Spectators & General Public:  See the map – Use the “Fiddlers Grove” entrance at the southwest corner of the grounds. Handicapped parking is close to the walk-in entrance –

    EXHIBITOR & VENDOR INFO

    Setup day for exhibits is Wednesday, June 14, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Do not bring exhibits before that time.

     

    Setup day for Vendors starts Tuesday, June 13, 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and continues Wednesday, June 14, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

     

    Registration packages and Banquet/Trivia Night Tickets may be picked up at the Show Office (Location # 1 shown on the map)

     

    Trailer and Truck parking is shown on the map as location # 16.

     

    Loading Dock location is shown on the map as # 15.

     

    Steel wheels are not allowed on asphalt or concrete surfaces – only on grass.  ABSOLUTELY no vehicles or foot traffic whatsoever on grass around the FFA Building (map location # 10). (Fairgrounds requirements)

     

    Exhibitor daily parking may by their trailers, or with spectators.

     

    Absorbent pads will be provided to place under any exhibit that may drip oil or grease.

     

    Tire dressing must be applied to tires prior to entering buildings so no dressing overspray gets on floor. cannot be applied or sprayed on inside buildings; if used, it must be applied outside, then the vehicle may be moved inside.

     

    Nighttime security will be provided.

     

    Exhibits in the Farm Bureau Building must be in place before 8:00 pm Wednesday, June 14, and remain in place until 7:00 am, Sunday, June 18.
